Mark's Louisiana Style hot sauce features the same unique blend as the Fermented Red Chili, but fermented much longer. This longer fermentation gives this sauce an incredible “tang” reminiscent of the sauces traditionally coming from the southern US state of Louisiana. Salty and super tangy, this sauce pairs very well with seafood, oysters, cocktails, and finger or bar food! Size: 150mL
