This year marks 60 years of Docs Original shoe, the 3-eye 1461, with a series of one-off reworks. Each pair is handcrafted in their original Wollaston factory. The 1461 Mono shoe reimagines the classic silhouette in high-shine Patent Lamper leather. Detailed with tonal laces, soles and trims to cement the sleek aesthetic, the Made in England shoes are lined with leather and marked with Docs signature welt stitching.
- Second off the DM’s production line, the 1461 is a 3-eye shoe championed for its versatility.
- Patent Lamper is a fine-grained leather, coated to give a high shine, glossy finish.
- Made in England at Docs original Wollaston factory.
- Docs Goodyear-welted lines are heat-sealed at 700°C and reinforced with their signature welt stitch.
